Gearing Up: A Tiny Tina‘s Pro Gamer‘s Guide to the Top 15 Weapons

As someone with over 200 hours played across all classes, I‘ve fired my fair share of guns in Tiny Tina‘s Wonderlands. In this guide tailored for fellow Fatemakers, I‘ll be breaking down the 15 best weapons for crushing Chaos Chamber runs and boss melts.

For each gun, I‘ve playtested extensively so I can give specific recommendations about what makes them shine and who they pair well with. Whether you like getting up close with shotguns, sniping from afar, or shredding hordes with SMGs, you‘ll find top-tier options here.

Let‘s get looting!

Next, we‘ll explore why each of these weapons stands at the peak of Wonderlands firepower.

Pistol Powerhouses

1. Masterwork Handbow

  • Ammo refunds on crits
  • Fires 6 homing bolts per crit
  • 328% crit damage

The first entry on our list is none other than the Masterwork Handbow pistol, crafted by Blackpowder. With my Graveborn crit build plus Blightcaller, this hand cannon is an absolute monster once the bolts start chaining.

It only packs a single shot, but landing precise headshots refunds ammo while releasing a spread volley of 6 additional homing bolts that tunnel towards your target — essentially giving you 7 shots for the price of 1!

Add in buffs and debuffs, and I‘ve seen those little bolts crack for over 100k on Carmine Dragon Lord. This pistol is easy to farm from Grindanna too. If you like big crits, the Masterwork Handbow is a must-have.

11. AUTOMAGIC.exe

  • Tracker dart causes homing
  • Very high fire rate
  • Close quarters shredding

On the more rapid-fire end of things, we have the AUTOMAGIC.exe pistol from Stoker — a manufacturer known for speedy guns. This one features a special tracker dart as an alternate fire mode.

Simply tag an enemy with the dart and all of your subsequent shots will automatically home in on them like mini rockets! Combined with the gun‘s already incredible 6.4 fire rate, tagging a badass or boss results in a heck of a lot of damage in a short window.

I pair this very nicely with my Spellshot using Polymorph and a frost or lightning spell. Freeze/shock to activate buffmeister projectiles, then pelt them relentlessly with the tracker enhanced AUTOMAGIC for some serious DPS! It can be farmed from Banshee in Weepwild Dankness.

Melee Maulers

2. Goblin Pickaxe

  • Generate buffs from collecting gold
  • 61K damage on pickaxe throw
  • Additional dark magic DoT

Next up, we venture into the world of melee with the Goblin Pickaxe. I have this beauty on permanent standby for my Brr-Zerker because it works perfectly with my focus on gun damage and cooldown reduction.

After clapping fools and spawning tons of gold with Feral Surge, each coin collected gives you stacking move speed and cooldown rate buffs. As a bonus, every hit with the pickaxe also splashes enemies with dark magic damage over time.

I can have my action skill and spells ready nearly constantly, be zooming around the battlefield at Mach speed, AND whacking baddies for over 60k damage with each thrown axe swing. It doesn‘t get much better than that! You can grab this from the Grublin boss Pigwart at the Ancient Obelisk.

10. Pincushion

  • Bonus damage to debuffed enemies
  • Synergizes with Status Effect guns
  • 61K on melee strikes

In a similar vein to the Goblin Pickaxe, the Pincushion hammer works great when you combines its capabilities with other Status Effect gear. Anytime you hit an enemy afflicted by something like frost, shock, or dark magic with this melee weapon, it dishes out substantial bonus damage.

As such, I keep guns like Liquid Cooling, Nightshade, and Live Wire equipped to proc harmful debuffs consistently. This allows my Hammerzerker build to take full advantage of Pincushion‘s 61.2K base melee strikes. Then I get increased returns against slowed and weakened foes — it‘s a vicious cycle!

Sadly, there‘s no dedicated drop for Pincushion, but it can come from the Chaos Chamber after completing the campaign.

Shotgun Obliterators

4. Reign of Arrows

  • Fires all 6 shots simultaneously
  • Circular arrow spread
  • 429% damage on card

Let‘s kick off our shotgun segment with the creatively named Reign or Arrows — a fast-firing circular spreader from Blackpowder. As a general rule, any gun that simultaneously unloads all its ammo in an area effect is going to melt anything caught inside.

Sprinting up to a group of nasties and pulling the trigger once to effectively shoot them 6 times is insanely satisfying. I love using this shotgun to quickly clear out weak underlings to focus fire badasses and bosses with my Fatemaker.

At over 400% base damage before buffs, it hits brutally hard as well. You can nab this semi-auto beast as a random world drop or potentially inside the Chaos Chamber.

8. Crossblade

  • Fires projectiles in an X pattern
  • Comes in any 2 elements
  • Shreds tightly packed enemies

Another wonderful shotgun option is the Crossblade, also crafted by Blackpowder. True to its name, pulling the trigger blasts out a dark magic projectile shaped like a cross with an accompanying elemental companion shot.

The key trait here is the X pattern coupled with a secondary element, allowing you to hit tightly packed groups with two flavors of pain simultaneously! I especially enjoy Crossblade‘s with lightning as the secondary element on my Graveborn to trigger lots of storms and chain lighting between clumped enemies.

It performs even better against fleshy targets like zombies and dry‘l since they take increased damage from dark magic and shock. You can farm Crossblade rather consistently from the secret Chaos Chamber boss named Gloopathoth — just invest crystals into shotguns during your runs!

SMG Slayers

3. Shadowfire

  • Creates hell pillars that erupt from enemies
  • Transforms into homing dark magic on reload
  • Very fast fire rate

Kicking off our SMG breakdown is the creatively named Shadowfire — an incendiary variant from Feriore. If you enjoy firing explosive cannonballs engulfed in hellish flames, then this is the gun for you! Enemy deaths create erupting pillars of fire which also boost reload speed.

But the real treat is the reload itself as it morphs Shadowfire into a homing dark magic grenade mid-clip! It essentially gives you double offensive capabilities from a single SMG. I utilized this combo paired with my Graveborn‘s dark damage buffs to great effect against fleshy bosses like Dry‘l and Son of a Witch.

It melts targets downrange quickly with its high rate of fire while reloading launches tracking mortal vengeance — a potent pairing. You can grab this violent beauty from the Chaos Chamber or random world drops.

7. Wizard‘s Pipe

  • Summons random elemental orbs
  • Orbs deal bonus damage against weakness
  • Effective mobbing and bossing

If adaptability is your thing, Wizard‘s Pipe offers Fatemakers tremendous flexibility via summoned elemental orbs. It draws orbs from all domains of magical influence beyond typical gun damage — fire, shock, dark, frost, and poison.

These orbs aggressively chase your target, dealing substantially more damage if said enemy is weak to that element. So you get a gun that dynamically buffs itself depending on what you‘re fighting! I paired this with my Clawbringer‘s wyvern and enjoyed frost orbs continuously pelting frozen foes.

The orb generation gives you excellent concentrated damage against singular threats while expanding effectiveness versus crowds as well. It can feel a bit slow against aerial enemies since the orbs lack tracking but still performs admirably enough thanks to sheer projectile volume.

You‘ll have to take down the Parasite in Tangledrift after finishing the "Walk the Stalk" quest before this SMG can drop.

15. Live Wire

  • Lightning chains between multiple enemies
  • Excellent room clearing and CC
  • 50% shock damage buff

Last but certainly not least of the SMG family is Dahlia‘s Live Wire — an electrifying contributor on any Fatemaker‘s roster. Much like its name suggests, pulling the trigger generates a channeled lightning chain that automatically bounces across entire rooms like an overcharged Tesla coil!

Rooms full of fodder don‘t stand a chance as entire groups find themselves getting shocked and destroyed almost instantly after one press of the trigger. It also stacks shock damage in an area quickly so follow up attacks hit even harder against conductors.

The chaining nature allows Live Wire to excel in the Chaos Chamber as well when enemies endlessly pour out in groups during extended runs — they‘ll be charred before they can even act! It may lack singular target punch, but its add clearing prowess is unmatched.

As a random world drop, luck is required, but Live Wire appears frequently enough if you grind bunnies or vendors after Chaos runs while investing crystals into SMGs on the Wheel of Fate.

Assault and Blasters

5. Lil K’s Bread Slicer

  • Fires 3 ricocheting saw blades
  • 680% damage before buffs
  • Boosted fire rate and crit chance

Next up, we dive into the assault rifle domain with Lil K‘s Bread Slicer — a legendary Stoker made for carving! Despite consuming 3 ammo per shot, it makes up for it be firing a trio of high-damage saw blades that bounce off surfaces and enemies alike.

Each bouncing buzzsaw can dish out a meaty 230% baseline damage. Combined with the gun‘s innate critical chance and fire rate buffs, Fatemakers can easily overwhelm opponents as shards of metal rain down from odd angles.

I utilized Graveborn and a shock spellshot build to get even more projectiles flying, triggering buffmeister, and feeding my dark damage perks simultaneously. It takes some skill to wield properly, but results in surgical precision once mastered. You‘ll have to hope the random number gods favor you unless someone confirms a dedicated drop location.

12. Manual Transmission

  • Drastically boosted fire rate on Overheat
  • Great for all classes
  • Can be tricky to utilize

If maximizing raw damage per second is your sole purpose in life, Manual Transmission is here to answer the call. As a Stoker gun, it will break upon overheating, which normally requires venting to avoid.

However, with proper timing you can intentionally overheat Manual Transmission RIGHT before breakage to double its fire rate until it does shut down! So by taking advantage of the Overheat penalties with precision, you paradoxically remove the drawbacks for 4-5 seconds of unbridled bullet spraying.

It takes practice, but the payout is exceptional. I used Clawbringer‘s Wyvern constantly resetting cooldown along with buffmeister Overspell to really capitalize on the rapid fire window for some astronomical DPS values — we‘re talking 400-500k sustained! It drops from Vorcanar in Mount Craw.

Long Range Terminators

13. Envy

  • Ricochets 3 dark magic orbs per crit
  • Spawns poison pools under enemies
  • 384% crit damage on card

Shifting to long barreled destruction, we have the aptly named Envy sniper rifle. As expected from a Blackpowder creation, it really shines when your shots are precise and accurate. Any critical hit spawns 3 pools of poison at the target‘s feet for sustained damage over time.

But it gets even deadlier as non-critical bolts fragment into three dark magic orbs on impact, ricocheting towards enemies and allowing collateral kills! I utilized Spellshot‘s Spellweaver aura buff and the immense crit damage amplification of Graveborn for some spectacular results.

Each headshot would immediate venomize my target‘s ground, splash orbs behind them hitting adds, while proccing my dark damage bonuses and buffmeister — utterly deleting entire groups in a couple pulls of the trigger! Certainly a coveted tool for Fatemakers rocking crit builds. Drops from King Q‘urub Hullsunder in The Drowned Abyss.

Heavy Obliterators

9. Blue Cake

  • Fired mortars split into homing rockets
  • Shreds clustered enemies and bosses
  • Extreme damage but slower reload

Devastation in its purest form arrives through Skuldugger‘s Blue Cake rocket launcher, which launches a large arcing mortar that splits into multiple homing missiles mid-flight! Few things feel more satisfying than chunks of health disappearing from bosses and entire mobs evaporating under the rainfall.

I utilized Spellshot‘s Spellshot capstone to greatly increase magazine size, allowing more barrages before reloading. Pairing buffs with shock element on Blue Cake allowed each missile salvo to leave entire arenas floor-to-ceiling in lightning storms!

While the reload is painfully slow, proper spell weaving and talent synergy permits favorable uptime to rain down death continuously. Of course, this much wanton destruction is only available as a reward for those willing to conquer the Chaos Chamber gauntlet.

14. Delugeon

  • Increased lightning damage against "soaked" enemies
  • Fires rocket tornadoes
  • Remnant visuals persist long after

Delugeon is a Stoker heavy weapon added in the Coiled Captors DLC that empowers Fatemakers to wield the storm itself — firing off swirling rocket tornadoes! It applies a short-lived "soaked" debuff that causes lightning attacks to deal amplified damage.

Naturally, I paired Delugeon with my new favorite SMG in Live Wire and cackled with glee as entire maps became flooded with torrential rains, cyclones tearing across the terrain, and enemies helplessly spasming inside the tempests!

While the gun itself lacks the sheer burst potential of Blue Cake, the visual spectacle provided by glistening rain and swirling debris long after combat ends is extremely gratifying. Delugeon drops from the Chamber, Wheel of Fate, or directly from Chums in Dreamveil Overlook.

And there you have it — everything you need to equip a top tier arsenal for dominating Wonderlands across all manufactuers! I aimed to provide personalized recommendations from hundreds of hours using each gun in various combinations. Make sure to match weapons to your class and build for maximum success.

As a fellow Fatemaker, what legendary guns have you enjoyed? Found any sweet combos? Let me know in the comments and happy looting! We have chaos to cause.
