Here’s the play-by-play of flavors, hunger, energy and general feels from days 1-25…

Pre-Cleanse Days (1-3)

I tapered off coffee, alcohol and treats for a few days while incorporating green smoothies, broth and fresh fruits to set the stage. Hunger and cravings crept up slowly giving me a preview of what was to come.

And I‘ll admit, I nearly caved to pizza temptation the night before starting juices-only. But I stayed strong knowing I requested this assignment and shared my plans widely on social media already. No backing out now!

Intro Cleanse Days (4-10)

Kicked things off with the 3-day Squeezed Cleanse before hitting some more intense juice combos.

Day 1 Reflections:

That first juice combo of oranges, apple, pineapple and more tasted like bottled sunshine in the best way! The sweetness of the fruit blended with a touch of ginger zing really refreshed and revived me.

Honestly all the Squeezed juices were yummy and satisfying. By my 5th juice I felt light, clear-headed and still full of energy.

Day 4 Reflections:

Today started the 7 day cleanse so they added two new veggie-licious juices. The cucumber-celery-spinach ones look a little intimidating but I don‘t mind green drinks usually.

Day 7 Reflections:

One week of juicing down! Physically feeling alright besides fatigued. Mentally struggling today though. I would maim a small woodland creature for some PAD THAI right now!

Main Cleanse (Days 8-21)

Day 21 Reflections:

Well, today nearly broke me. Found myself dumping the juices down the drain instead of my gullet by juice #3. Imma need a bucket of vino or six to close out this cleanse journey.

Reintroduction Phase (Days 22-25)
