Can‘t Find the Slime Rancher 2 Best Gordo Locations? Our Complete Guide Has You Covered

As an avid Slime Rancher who has burst my fair share of gordos, I know how valuable (and sometimes tricky!) it can be to locate them across the islands. But have no fear – I‘ve put together the ultimate guide to hunting down every Gordo and reaping their delicious rewards.

An Introduction to Gordo Slimes

Before we dive in, let‘s quickly cover what exactly Gordo Slimes are for any new ranchers. Essentially, Gordos are giant-sized variants of regular slimes that block access to new areas of the map. By feeding them their favorite food, you can get them to explode into smaller slimes and open up the route they were guarding.

Popping Gordos is extremely valuable:

  • It gives you access to new areas and shortcuts
  • You can snag some slimes from the explosion to take back to your ranch
  • Often you‘ll get resources, treasure pods, or gadget blueprints!

However, it does take some determination – you‘ll need to gather a lot of their favorite food to get them to burst!

Alright, ready to hunt down some Gordos? Let‘s get started!
