The items you will need to make this wonderful dish include 1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steak, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 cup of milk, ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 6 small onions.
To prepare this recipe for round steak you need to cut the steak into 6 servings, pound or beat the steak until it is ½ inch thickness. Now combine the egg and milk, mix bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
