Vegetarian BBQ Recipes And Sauce

  • 3 cups of water,
  • cooked navy beans,
  • 1 cup of diced onions,
  • 2/3 cup of ketchup,
  • 1/3 cup of pancake syrup,
  • ¼ cup of mustard,
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger,
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla,
  • ¼ teaspoon of allspice,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for one hour. You are sure to love this yummy recipe.
