  • 1 chopped green pepper,
  • 1 /14 ounce bottle of ketchup,
  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite barbeque sauce,
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon of hot sauce,
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder,
  • 2 cups of water and
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Put all ingredients into the crock pot and cook for at least 5 hours with the lid on. Take out the meat and shred, then place back into the crock pot and cook again until the sauce thickens. This recipe will feed an entire dinner party and they will love every bite.

All you need are the buns and maybe grilled corn on the cob or baked beans and a salad. You can even freeze any leftovers for another day.
