You will need
- 1 16 ounces can of tomato sauce,
- 1 8 ounces of stewed tomatoes,
- 21 ounces of salsa,
- 2/3 cup of red wine,
- ½ cup of finely chopped onion,
- 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic cloves,
- 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro,
- and salt.
Mix all of the above ingredients together and marinate your steak for at least 8 to 24 hours. To prepare the salad you will need
- ½ head of romaine lettuce,
- ½ head of red lettuce,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 cucumber,
- 1 avocado,
- 1 can of black olives,
- 1 bunch of cilantro,
- 1 ½ cup of grated jack cheese,
- ½ cup chopped green onions, and tortilla chips.
Mix all of the above ingredients together except for the cheese and the tortilla chips. Now, you are ready to finish your steak. Grill or broil your steak. Then cut the steak into thin slices and mix in with the salad. Add the cheese and tortilla chips and your meal is ready.
