Grilled BBQ Chicken

Grilled bbq chicken is a favorite of many people all around the globe. This is one meal that men even enjoying preparing because they can use the grill and not have a large mess to clean up afterwards.

  • 3 tablespoons of your favorite pancake or waffle syrup,
  • 3 tablespoons of chili sauce,
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and
  • 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard.

Many people prefer maple syrup, but you can use any flavor that you prefer such as butter pecan or even a fruit flavor. You can choose your own flavor and create a wonderful and unique bbq sauce that you can put your name on.

You can now add all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir together until mixed well. Cook over medium heat until hot. You should rub olive oil over your chicken and then season with your favorite seasonings like salt and pepper, then grill as usual basting with your barbeque sauce.

Marinating your chicken before grilling is also a wonderful way to have the sauce seep into the meat. You should always place the chicken in a covered dish and pour the sauce over the chicken and refrigerate.

You can marinate for about 30 minute before preparing your grilled bbq chicken. This will add more flavor of the sauce in the chicken as it can be absorbed while sitting in the sauce.
