This 1998 movie was based on the 1971 novel by Hunter S. Thompson and followed a journalist and his lawyer heading to Vegas to cover a motorbike racing event.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, so the boys end up indulging in recreational drugs that put them in some unique situations. While the general population may not think much of the lack of character depth, it won’t take you long to realize why it’s a 4/20 favorite.
