If you do not desire to start completely from scratch, but want to try creating your own unique grilling sauce for you next barbecue, then you purchase one at the grocery store. I would suggest buying the original version so you can add your own unique spices like chili, vegetables, and flavorings like orange or lemon.


Some Ideas to try

Here are a few ideas for creating your own awesome bbq grilling sauce recipes that are sure to have everyone at your next barbeque smacking their lips. They all start with original barbecued sauce or your favorite store bought bbq sauce.

For the first idea, you can add:

  • ½ cup of brown sugar,
  • 1/3 cup of minced onions, and
  • 5 minced cloves of garlic.

Just mix together and warm then brush on your meat and grill.

If you desire an Asian flavor try adding:

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger and
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

to the barbeque sauce. you just prepared.  Coat the meat in the sauce and grill as usual.

Another unique idea is to add:

  • 1 package of frozen red raspberries in syrup
  • to 2 cups of your favorite sauce.

This is a very tasty and sweet sauce that everyone will love on many meats.
