For this delectable barbeque wings recipe you will need:

  • 1 cup of Heinz ketchup,
  • ½ cup of vinegar,
  • 4 tablespoons of brown sugar,
  • 8 teaspoons of garlic granules,
  • 4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce,
  • 4 teaspoons of soy sauce,
  • 6 teaspoons of hot sauce,
  • 4 teaspoons of mustard,
  • 4 teaspoons of paprika,
  • 4 teaspoons of chili powder, and
  • 40 chicken wings.

First, you will need to rinse the chicken wings very well under cold water and then pat them dry with a paper towel. Mix together all of the above ingredients except for the vegetable oil and the chicken wings. Place the wings in a bowl that has a lid or you may use plastic wrap.

Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and turn over to ensure the sauce has thoroughly coated the wings. Refrigerate for around 5 hours. You can prepare this the day before the big party and leave the wings marinating overnight.

Turn the wings ever so often to make sure that the sauce soaks into the chicken. Grill as usual until desired doneness turning about every 5 minutes. To check for doneness the meat beside the bone will no longer be pink.
