Sleep is one of the most significant aspects of our daily lives that we carelessly ignore. It is as important as breathing air and consuming food and water but most people don’t realize it. Sleep can affect our emotional, mental and physical health.
According to a study conducted by NIH (National Institute of Health), moderate deprivation of sleep can reduce our reaction time by 50%. Moreover, lack of sleep lowers cognitive ability and mental focus same as alcohol which is 0.05% concentration of blood and alcohol. Lack of sleep also causes anxiety and stress as well as a loss of control over emotions.
You might be thinking that you get 9 to 10 hours sleep daily but why I’m lacking the energy. The reason is that you are not getting quality sleep even though it is high in quantity. Maybe you are not getting enough sleep because you don’t feel comfortable in your bed, or maybes your body goes through more pain than comfort when you go to bed.
One of the best options that you can use for taking care of your neck and back pain is AmeriSleep memory foam. This Memory foam won’t push your body back as an innerspring does but it will cushion you.

Why AmeriSleep memory foam?
AmeriSleep is one of the leading memory foam manufacturers on the market. They have been consistently providing their customers with top quality mattresses that last for an extended period. The company came into being back in the year 2007 and since then it has been in the lead when it comes to memory foams.
AmeriSleep is an ideal option for the people who have neck and back pains because it is equipped with the properties to evenly distribute the weight of your body and conforms to the shape of your body as well. In addition to that, the mattresses envelopes your body and make you feel sleeping in a stable cradle which for many is an ideal feeling to fall asleep quickly.
Furthermore, it can last for an extended period and enable you to extract the full value of your investment. Though there are other materials such as latex, top quality innerspring and natural fibers that can last longer than memory foams but they are expensive as well. It is a suitable option for back and side sleepers because back sleepers need spinal alignment and side sleepers need to reduce their pressure points.
No more hot sleep
One of the major concerns associated with memory foam is that it sleeps hot. However, with the technological advancements and open-cell construction used by the AmeriSleep enables excellent airflow across the mattress making it breathable and enable you to sleep cool. Also, memory foam comes with an infused gel that accumulates the body heat and disperses it elsewhere.
It won’t make you feel stuck
The old version of memory foam did give the feeling of being stuck and unable to move in the bed. However, the open cell structure and gel infusion of AmeriSleep mattress produce memory foams that quickly respond to your body movements.
Not made of hazardous substances
Amerisleep now uses Variable Pressure Foaming, a process that doesn’t involve any harmful chemicals or blowing agents in the production of memory foams that are low in VOCs. The process is the cleanest method to produce foam.
